PURPOSE OF R.E.N.T
R.E.NT. is dedicated to all levels of real estate investors from first time home purchasers to the sophisticated entrepreneurs serving MD, District of Columbia, and Virginia, and NC area by
- Empowering members with real estate resources through teleconference, networking meeting, on-line workshops and DVD training.
- Promoting the exchange of real estate investment information between members.
- Assisting member with their questions in their real estate efforts.
- Keeping members informed of the activities of the real estate market.
- Helping educate members in all areas of real estate investing.
- Help raise awareness about home ownership.
- Connecting real estate investors and home owners to reputable carpet cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and home improvement companies.

Upon deciding to become a member, R.E.N.T. requests payment of $75.00 per YEAR for membership. That amount is pro-rated for those joining mid-way or at the end of the year. Everyone seems to agree that for less than $5.00 a month it is well worth it!
